Mental Health Rewired™ was founded by Kelly Pittman, a Licensed Resident in Counseling with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health. Through her work, Kelly began to notice a pattern. So many people didn’t quite fit into the traditional mental health model. They weren’t necessarily seeking a diagnosis or clinical treatment, but they still desired to better understand themselves. That in-between space is where Mental Health Rewired™ was born.
Her approach is holistic, warm, and deeply practical. She believes that when people are given the right tools and understanding, they can grow, heal, and move through life with greater confidence and purpose.

A structured emotional education program designed to help girls understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and how their body responds to stress. Because the earlier she learns these skills, the longer she benefits from them.
